    This dish was so delish! If you haven't tried soaking raisins yet, you'll be surprised at how much they can sweeten a whole meal!

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Soak raisins over night.
    2. Cook lentils with 1 tsp seaweed.
    3. Cook brown rice with 1 tsp seaweed and all remaining spices.
    4. Add carrots, kale, tomato and raisins with 10 minutes remaining.
